Greatness comes only when a consistent effort. Champion teams win championships because they do not win every match but because they play well and consistent with the determination and as a result, won most of their matches.
An individual to lose weight because they are consistent with the diet and exercise regime. A body builder to add muscle weight because he is consistently present in the gym if he feels like it or not. Champions who do not give up when they feel tired or bored, or if the results seem painfully slow.
Efforts to create a daily habit, and habit will make it easy to create their business day-to-day but still need hard work and determination to carry out every day anyway. To achieve the goals you repeat your business every day. Arrive at the gym or wherever you need. Do not like my step brother who once said: “You will not be shown to your own funeral!”
Sometimes it makes you have to make an exception and does not perform the desired behavior. One way to avoid the exclusion is to do the behavior you have planned as early as possible on the day before the rest of the family and the cat began to demand your attention!
Another way to avoid the exclusion is to create a list of day-to-day behavior of the most important in the order in importance. You stick to the wall and read them as soon as you wake up. In this way, you will not falter because of poor memory consistency.
Repeat the desired or planned behavior and day-to-day with a few exceptions, and you may be making progress and gradually but eventually you reach the loftiest goals and dreams.
Even if you do not achieve all the goals and dreams, you will have at least become a great character and someone who valued because you do what is planned to be done every day. That, at least, is the value of reaching this goal.
